Kelsey Leland, M.S.
Founder of Pretty Healthy Foods
Kelsey Leland is a natural foods chef and holistic nutritionist. Growing up in rural Northern California in a family of farmers, Kelsey has always felt a deep connection to where food comes from, and this connection grew naturally into a passion for cooking.
In 2011, she moved to New York to attend the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, followed by Bridgeport University’s Human Nutrition master’s program. Since culinary school, Kelsey has been fortunate to cook for a diverse range of clients in New York, Los Angeles and abroad. She is thrilled that her business has now expanded to include likeminded chefs throughout Los Angeles.
In addition to cooking, Kelsey has a passion for nutrition and wellness—for individual clients through her coaching work, and for the community through education. An avid Yogi, traveler and barre enthusiast, Kelsey is constantly learning and experiencing new joys of healthy living. She lives in Los Angeles with her rescue dogs, Roo and Toast, who have no dietary restrictions.
